National Master United Parcel Service Agreement

This agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the __ day of __, 20__, by and between United Parcel Service, Inc. (“UPS”) ____________ (“the Client”).

WHEREAS, the Client desires to engage UPS for the provision of national shipping and delivery services, and UPS is willing to provide such services subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement;
